Happy birthday, me!

It was my birthday yesterday, and my husband made me this monster cake.  A triple chocolate vanilla layer cake with chocolate frosting a la Betty Crocker, loads of chocolate freckles and raspberry lollies (to balance out the chocolate) , and then, as a finishing touch, why not pour over some melted chocolate?   Even though my teeth felt like they were going to fall out in protest after I had eaten it, it tasted awesome!   Thank you, baby.  x
